Gulf Music Sales Return Policy

Effective Date: June 16, 2025

Standard Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling charges.

To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, brand-new condition. This means the product has not been used and shows no signs of wear, scratches, or any other damage.

  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, including the manufacturer's box, manuals, and all included accessories.

 

Opened-Box Items & Restocking Fees

  • Items returned in opened, but otherwise new and unused condition with all original packaging and accessories, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Items that are returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Make a Return

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a mandatory RA number. You can reach us by:

   2. Ship Your Item Back to Us: Once you have your RA number, you have two options for shipping your return. Please have your RA               number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

  • Option A: Use Our Shipping Label (Recommended) For your convenience, we can provide you with a prepaid, trackable return shipping label. If you choose this option, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount. This is the simplest way to ensure your item is returned safely and professionally.
     

  • Option B: Arrange Your Own Shipping You may use a shipping carrier of your choice. If you select this option, you are fully responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Please note: Gulf Music Sales is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit when you arrange your own shipping. Your eligibility for a refund is dependent on the item arriving at our facility in its original, specified condition. Should the item be damaged by your carrier, you will be responsible for filing the damage claim with them, and a refund will not be issued.

 

How to Receive Your Refund:

Receive Your Refund: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original form of payment.
 

 

Defective Products & Warranty Information

 

If you believe you have received a product with a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us immediately. Defective items are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties:

  • SofiaMari: 90-day warranty

  • Alacran: 3-year warranty

Defective items are not subject to the 20% restocking fee. We will work with you to resolve the issue under the terms of the product's warranty.

 

Abuse of Return Privileges

 

Our return policy is designed to ensure a fair and positive experience for all our customers. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse this policy. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive returns or attempts to return items that do not meet our stated conditions.
