At Gulf Music Sales, we proudly stand behind the quality of our accordions and instruments. We are dedicated to providing you with products that bring joy and music for years to come. This page explains the warranty coverage for the new instruments we sell.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the instrument from Gulf Music Sales and is governed by the terms and conditions outlined below.
Our Warranty Commitment
Gulf Music Sales warrants that your new instrument will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified below, provided it is used under normal conditions.

What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers the cost of parts and labor needed to repair defects in materials or workmanship. Typical coverage includes:

Keys and keyboard mechanisms

Button mechanisms
-
Bellows (for leaks or defects not caused by external damage)

Internal mechanical components

Hardware such as straps, brackets, and latches
Our obligation is limited to repairing or replacing, at our discretion, any part that we determine to be defective.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear:
Such as wear on straps, bellows, or minor cosmetic scratches and fading. -
Reeds:
Accordion reeds are considered wear-and-tear items and are not covered. -
Damage from Misuse or Accidents:
Including improper handling, neglect, drops, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity. -
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications:
Any service performed by someone not authorized by Gulf Music Sales. -
Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for shipping your instrument to and from our service location. -
Consumable Items:
Like cases, straps, or cleaning cloths.

Please have your original proof of purchase (receipt or order number) ready.

Describe the Issue
Provide a detailed description of the problem. We may ask for photos or videos to better understand the issue. -
Get a Return Authorization Number (RA)
If your issue is covered, we’ll give you an RA number and shipping instructions. -
Ship Your Instrument
You are responsible for packing and shipping your instrument to our service center.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for instruments lost or damaged in transit.
Once received, our technicians will inspect your instrument and confirm if the issue is covered. We will then contact you to discuss the repair.
